I am almost to the end of the month. It looks like lunches are what is killing me for both Calories and Sodium intake. I am thinking of changing over to a fruit smoothie lunch and adding one more meal bar as a late afternoon snack.
I really wish I could record the times I ate what. Or at least break it down to 3 meals and 3 snack periods. Breakfast (8am), Snack (10am), Lunch (Noon), Snack (3pm), Dinner (6pm), Snack (9pm). Though the snack and the dinner are often reversed for time of day. :)
