Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for healthy food and snacks for a picky eater? No matter how hard I try, I can never seem to acquire a taste for many of the fruits and vegetables posted on half the websites. I'm not sure if it's a texture thing or taste thing but I can't get over it. Help!

Stuck to what I had wanted to do up until dinner on the way home. No pop has my head pounding so I gave in... Today was the same. 1 pop and I ate out but I think I made healthier choices with it... 6 inch sub instead of a footlong and chicken and turkey sandwich for brunch. This weekend I'm going to the store to get salad items and snacks that will be healthier as well.

Today was the official weigh in for the Biggest Loser at work. I'm starting off a pound lighter than I thought I was and am also starting the no fast food and no pop thing with my friend. First day is good. While I haven't eaten the best (my breakfast was a bowl of Life cereal) and lunch is going to be some homemade lasagna; it is a start and is way better than fast food. Friday I'll go to the store and start adding healthier options for meals.
Tonight will be the first night at the gym as well and I'm kind of excited to get into a routine.
Yay!
