Today marks the day that I will be strong, eat healthier and walk more and take stairs instead of elevator. Also I have to stop eating after 8pm too.....ugh...so hard but I have faith in myself and know I can do it :) Being on here is giving me that support too cause I'm not alone :) So thank you :)
