Inspired by Documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.
I watched this about a month ago. So I'm planning to do a reboot. The ultimate goal is not just for weight loss but to reset my syste. I feel tired, sluggish, irritable, and unfocused. I believe its from all the garbage I've been stuffing in my mouth the past few months. I was eating from McDonalds almost everyday :( Right now I'm preparing for the reboot because I don't think you should shock your system. I've got out meat for the next two weeks. Then I will add dairy to my "No" list two week. Then bread, cereal, grains, potatos, etc two weeks until I'm down to consuming just fruit and vegetables for two weeks. Then I will start my reboot and take it in 5 day spurts. I don't know if I can do the whole 60 days.
Once again this is not a desperate attempt to lose weight but to give my system a rest, clear out the cobwebs, and cleanse my palatte. I know that I will gain back some of the weight and maybe even a good portion but I want to set myself on a track of more healthy eating. it only takes 4 weeks for something to become a habit.

I just had knee surgery. I'm hoping to recover quickly. I haven't been able to work out and I've put on 11 pounds since my last weigh-in. I've been so depressed between the death of my grandmother and not being able to work out because of my knee.
I'm hoping for some renewed conviction to get this weight off of me once and for all!
