Today was a day of good news. I got a raise at work (Yay!), and a good dentist visit. Right now half of my face is still numb from the one filling I had left to do. And I stay on track for two new habits - no burgers and fries, and I wrote down everything that I ate today.

I need to make smaller steps to lose weight. I've tried WW and Atkins and other diet plans, and I was never disciplined enough to follow the plans. Perhaps if I make smaller changes but keep them consistent and grow from there I'll be able to stop gaining weight and continue losing weight until I reach my goal.

At the moment I am at the highest weight I have ever been in my life. I've made many positive changes in my life, including getting a better job, surrounding myself with better friends, and quitting smoking. Now I need to stop gaining weight before kill myself. I want to be healthy. I want to prove to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to. I want to find an abundant reservoir of confidence. There is a lot I need to learn.
