Devoted to doing Callanetics?
Hi, I use to do Callanetic's like 30+ years ago and kept all my vhs tapes. I recently started back up doing them as I agree with you, they are wonderful miracle exercises. I never liked high impact exercise but loved the callanetic.
I have gained an extreme amout of weight over the years and am currently trying to work off the FAT through dieting eating mostly protein, certain vegetables and fruits. Occasionally I eat oatmeal. I'm following the weightloss4idiots diet. I have 88 lbs more to lose to ideally get to 125lbs. I just want to feel good, be healthy and look great in jeans lol. I'm in my 50's. ha.
I would love to hear from other Callanetic lover's too.
