i can not seem to have any support when it comes to exercising
and i see myself esteem just droping... i want my life back and i try everything

soo its not really a vegie diet but.. i think am progressing ... am having everything moderatly.. and am making sure not alot of fat in it ... hope it works.. and am hoping to really kickin in the habit of having the salt flush...

okk soo am at work... and am really tempted to eat a sandwhich but its not goona happen... i am detoxing myself for the next.. 12 days... i have been chewing gum to keep my self busy from eating anything other than gum.lol... and so far i dont mind using the bathroom so often... lol okk ill talk to you later.. ...
