I can't believe some of the things people are doing trying to lose weight. Unless you go to bed at 8, eat something after 6! Fruit is Okay! Its loaded with fiber and nutrients your body needs! Healthy snacking can help you not overeat at meals! Use common sense, people!

Whyyy do they have to bake chocolate chip cookies in the kitchen at work on the first day of giving up sugar? That smell is to die for!

I think there must have been a lot of sodium in the sugary stuff I ate because there's no way I could gain 3 pounds from yesterday morning to this morning! Ready to get back on the ball!
