I need help finding my motivation again :(
I lost motivation for working out many times. Each time, I was able to get back because I did it gradually. I didn't expect to change from sitting in the couch all day to a full-fledged exercise routine in a day. I started by doing quick exercises such as squats and push-ups (my goal is more to build muscle that to burn fat.) and then I get more and more motivated as I realized how great I feel. When I can't keep up the momentum and get a bit lazy, I don't despair. In time, I get to a peak where I am really doing tough exercise. So it's basically about doing it in a relaxed way without putting a lot of mental pressure on yourself. So, in your case, you can do something that will not take a lot of time for a start, like running for half an hour or maybe squating with no weights. That's a good exercise for ladies that gives a boost to metabolism and gets you burning some fat. After a few days, you will be surprised how great you feel suddenly and you'll just want more of it.
