Started my diet 4 days ago and im hungry and crabby not as much as when i first strted it. Its getting easier but still rough roads. No carbs no sugar a protein the size of your palm and an apple or tomato for the first day then that same meal twice the next day then that same meal 3 times a day for 2 days then you can introduce sugar and carbs again as long as you are taking your pills on the 5th day. This fat girl trapped in a skinny world is hungry...

The 6th day i should be used to all of this dieting but all i feel is very dragging. I think my body is still trying to adjust even tho if i eat like i use to my body acts ups. Down one pound from yesterday yay meeh.

So up again and trying to really keep it pushing thru so i dont end up turning this into a crash diet and gaining all and then some back was 295 yesterday on my 4th day of dieting now i am down to 291 on my 5th day yay meeh now i just gotta keep maitaining...
