Pretty good week. Not eating the better foods I'd like but still good on the diet as a whole. New job started this week so schedule change and need to get a new groove here.

Weigh-in: 180.5 lb

still to go: 35.5 lb

Diet followed 100%

losing 2.3 lb a week

Very little weight loss. Sick for the last 4 days and Friday's going-away lunches and treats didn't help. I still do fairly well for daily points allowance and only small usage of flex pts. I want to use no flex points and add a workout. Hopefully soon.

At least some progress shown. Looking forward to another week. A slow process these last few weeks...but its working nonetheless.

Bad BAD food day. It was my going away "meals" at work and a night at the movies. I never ever do this since I've been dieting. I feel horrible about it. I bet I'll have another no-weight-loss week if not gaining back this week.

Yeah, yeah I'll stop beating myself up about but I hate having to make excuses for so many random events, family dinners etc that keep happening lately. Ugh!

Got back on track this week. I think it was only one day , I used 3 of my flex points...the rest of the days were either at/under my daily points. Tried to eat more veggies and fruits as I think the previous week was slow because of too much processed foods. Hoping to lose good this coming week as there aren't any more family dinners that throw me off track either.

still to go: 38.0 lb

No weight loss this week. Extra "bloating" this week and seriously increased hunger. Guess its that time. I went over pts a few days but never went over my flex pts. Much stricter this coming week to make up for it.

still to go: 39.5 lb

Diet followed reasonably well
