I am a mother of one who has lost over 30 lbs and maintained over the past 4 years. I then gained back 25 lbs with baby and got that off, but had increased a few pounds before I got pregnant and I can't seem to lose the last nagging 10 lbs. I even just finished running a half marathon and can not lose these last few pounds. I'd like to drop these before I start trying for our next child in a few months. I know why lose weight right before you get pregnant....well I don't want to have the extra to lose after :-)
