performance: losing 2.2 lb a week
45 yrs. female, live in rural area, recently relocated from a big city. 2 surgeries last year left me with an 8 lbs. gain, on top of the 20 lbs. i gained after our last two major moves (2 cross country!in 4 years) looking forward to getting back in shape!and finally fealing settled in, for now.
