OKay so i tried to saty close to the diet but i did have chicken and rice with mushroom gravy at cracker barrel.The two sides were corn and green beans and i had a biscuit. Then i went to the daquri express and had a small rainbow sherbert(and four jello shots) and two grilled chicken wraps.. what can i say im only 23 :-).But i did lose some weight yet and still. I am so glad this diet is teaching me disclipline atleast in the choices i make as far as food goes.I am starting back strong today- and starting tomorrow i will be doing the lose 25lbs in 9 weeks. So i wll start weighing in only once a week for the contest. Well talk to u later i am headed to my first workout .. Good luck All!
