I'm finally feeling better since I changed my eating plan to a full and hearty one meal a day plan! I remember around 2007, I lost 40 pounds doing that, but I never got motivated to try that again till a FS member suggested it. Instantly, ding ding ding!! Bells and sirens rang out, that's what I needed to get back into. I'm not sure the science behind it, is it CICO mixed with IF? Either way I don't feel deprived and I can eat whatever I want during that one meal plan, very happy to find something I can stick to, afford, and continue for a long period of time!
