Actually lost weight eating full 2400-2500 calories. Starting progressive weight training program today. Might gain 5-15 pounds or could stay same relative weight, depending on how much remaining body fat is replaced by lean muscle.
I am moderately satisfied with my overall body tone, but 180 lbs at 73 inches tall is still at the high end of healthy body composition. I just want to finally get rid of that last pesky bit of body fat in that certain pesky area where it tends to collect in men. I'll be perfectly happy pushing 200 lbs as long as muscle replaces the fat.
