45 years old, (as of June 20th!).
I work at Nustep here in Ann Arbor.
I have 2 boys and 2 girls and they are spread out! (19,16,12 & 8)

I am mad at myself for allowing myself to get 30lbs over weight when I have always been a very active person.

I will not let myself or others say "That just happens when you get older!" (cop out!)

I still have a few years where I can still look good and have the energy to do all the things my kids want to do!
