Strangely lost weight this week despite some big meals. I have been making an effort to start running again as it's been about 3 months since the last time! I might need to up the calories again, we shall see.

Slight gain, been trying to eat more to 1700cal since I lost weight over the last month or so. Not too concerned at all, shall continue with with 1700cal unless I see significant weight gain.

Scales have been broken at work again. Surprised I have lost weight considering I have not been very active this last month really. I have been keeping an eye on my intake but obviously it's a bit low!

No movement this week and that's ok. Been a reasonable week but not started back at Zumba yet and not been running as much as I could be. Been eating reasonably responsibly too :)
