Aoril 1st
Starting a new way of eating. Yes I want to lose weight but I want to feel better as I am doing it. Yes I want to lose 5lbs a week but if I feel more energtic and happier then I will take smaller loses to the mental gains.
So starting the day out with 2 scrambled eggs, 2 lilydale turkey slices, and a V8 juice. Going to see how this makes me feel this morning, hungry, bloated, etc.
