not following any specific diet but eating well-balanced meals and exercising regularly. typical meals include a mix of whole grains, fruit
or veges, and lean protein. "snacks" include pita chips with humus, fruit with Greek yogurt, kale smoothies (favorite is blueberry, pineapple, Kale smoothie with Greek yogurt & almond butter). I occasionally splurge & have a couple of whole grain fig newtons, skinny cow treats, or baked chips for snacks. my weaknesses include pizza, cheeseburgers, & a good beer or glass of wine. I'm alternating days of 45 minute walk/jog sessions, yoga & strength training (usually some crunches & pushups). I recently added the yoga my & strength training to help with weight loss because I typically don't lose any weight when only doing walk/jog sessions... I can maintain my weight easily but in order for me to lose weight while exercising I have to mix it up & watch what I eat (& drink).
