I am 56, a teacher and mother of 2 adult children. I have had a stroke and broken numerous bones after falls that I think could have been prevented if I was fitter, more agile and weighed a lot less. SO, I have set a goal to improve my health by eating better and doing exercise. I will start swimming in 3 days and aim to go to the pool every morning to exercise for an hour.
It's now or never!
