I enjoyed Easter Dinner and candy today. I limited myself to one serving spoon of everything and did not have seconds and thirds or take a plate home with me as I have done in the past.
I am not feeling guilty about it but I know I will have to work harder this week. I made the choice so stressing and hating myself is counterproductive. I ate it so now I have to own it in the gym and with my future food choices.
