Day 109. Down a pound this week. Have been having trouble staying motivated this week. Coworkers keep bringing in Halloween candy. Still hit my next mini goal of reaching 155. Next mini goal is to lose 40 pounds, only 1.4 away from that!

Day 105: weight is ALMOST to 155, which would be my next mini goal. Feeling good even though my diet has been off. I have been sticking to my calorie intake but what I am eating is not the best choices. There has just been too many social events lately which makes it difficult. Sticking to it.

Also since I have started training to "run" I am feeling great. When I started I could barely even run for a full 60 seconds at a time. Yesterday I ran for about 2 miles! I never thought that would be possible.

Just goes to show that you can do anything when you put your mind to it!

Day 100!!!!! Weight is down. I hit my next mini goal of losing 35 pounds! Next goal is to reach 155. It might take a couple weeks but I will get there. One day at a time. Running tonight.

Day 95, weight is down a little. Don't know how or why as this week has been crazy but I will take it anyway. Officially .4 away from a 35 pound weight loss and under 10 pounds to my original overall goal! Slowly but surely I am getting there. I have tweaked my eating times a little, trying intermittent fasting and following a 16:8 window. Maybe that is what is helping me get over the plateau I was having. Either way I can't complain.

Day 93: I am finally in the 150s! Total loss 33.8 pounds. I feel awesome and each day I am working towards my overall health and happiness. Hope everyone else is feeling great and reaching their goals.
