I have decided to start from scratch. My plan is to eat a healthy diet and walk. I will add other activities as my back gets better. This week's goal is 5000 aerobic steps.

I am not currently following any specific diet plan. I am trying to eat a healthier diet with proper proportions. I am hoping this trend continues. I have actually lost about 7 pounds since I came back from vacation mid January. Now I plan to get back on the treadmill so when Spring gets here I will be ready to walk outside.

I have been sick for a week and have barely moved off the couch except to go to work. No energy at all and the cough is just starting. Hopefully in the next few days I will get back on track.

I have been mindful of what I have been eating but have not been very good at recording it. My goal this week is to be much better at that.
