I gained a pound over the weekend but that was to be expected. I knew I was going to start a diet on Monday so I ate whatever on Saterday then I felt bad (to much dairy) and nearly starved my self on Sunday. I need to work on my weekend eating habbits. I'm good Monday to Friday but my weekends are so unscheduled. I allow myself to get to hungry and then I eat bad because eating bad is better then leting my blood sugar get to low.
