I have been trying to move more in the past couple of months. I may not always participate in an actual workout, but I try to either exercise or do yard work at least 3-4 times a week. I would like to move this up to at least 6 times a week. But 2 months ago I wasn't doing anything. I recently purchased the Zumba workout videos. They are so much fun. Lots of cool, or should I say hot, dance moves. I am soaking wet once I complete the workout. I'll keep taking these baby steps until I reach my goal.
