weigh in today. weight is 219.8 lost 2 pounds this week. Since start 2 weeks ago that's a total of 9 pounds gone. woo hoo!

Been sick with a stomach virus the last couple of days so I didn't have much to record. But today I had an atkins drink and a bar for breakfast....That's 5 carbs. For supper I had pork ribs and a cabbage and squash mix. that's 10.6 carbs. Then I had another atkins bar for desert that was 4 carbs. Tomorrow is weigh in day!!!!!
Total carbs for the day was 19.6 carbs

I had steak, a nice salad with ranch dressing, and some fried squash. It was very yummy! Total carbs was 11.5 Had 2 Atkins bars today. Total carbs for those were 6 carbs

Today was another busy day. Didn't get time to eat until supper time so I went all out. I made a big salad with sautéed chicken, shrimp, and mushrooms lettuce, cheese, broccoli, onions and just a very little bit of dressing. It was sooooo yummy. It hit the spot as they say. Then later I had an atkins bar which is 3 carbs.
Total carbs was 18.4 ( only ate half the salad)
Total carbs ate was 10.4

today was a busy day. Didn't have much except a hamburger with cheese (no bread) that was only 1 carb. But for supper I was starved I made sautéed shrimp, 2 pieces of perch, fried squash, and a small salad with cheese. That meal was 11 carbs. I broke down for something sweet for the first time since I started this diet. So I went to the store and bought 2 boxes of atkins bars and that is 3 carbs per bar. I had 1 bar.
Total carbs was 15
