Well, all seems to be going ok, this is easier than I thought it would be :) have started losing weigt from 2 days after I started it. One thing is, some of the food is not on list but would like to add it on so as I get the correct calories etc.

I am doing the point system with weight watchers the old way. where i have said i follow it 100% i mean not the callories but the points

Some of the food was not on the list so had to improvise. But I have lost weight, lets just see if i can keep it up.

I did not put the right weight in at the begining, so as from 8.04.13 the above is right. The 144 lbs from 7.4.13 was wrong, so let's give it a go
