Been eating well. I have changed my diet. I am eating a large carbo loaded breakfast, for example, Oats with honey and cinnamon and some fruit. I eat a medium lunch (I get lunch at work, so it's usually 1 bowl of broth - e.g. seaweed or mushroom in water, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup of meat, cabbage or radish and 1/2 a cup of veggies). With lunch I will try not to eat all my lunch, but I eat until I am full. Dinner is replaced with a protein shake after gym- because I get home so late. Occasionally if I am hungry I will have a snack before gym. Working well!!! Yay
