Second super busy day at work, not getting proper breaks, eating at my desk. Exhausted tonight, hope I can get through without candy, I'm craving it tonight

I was so proud of myself last week losing 3 lbs, but then I stopped recording and back up I went. I could kick myself. Back to recording and watching every bite again. I will do better this week.
