I am 80 years old Be 81 in May.. I walk every morning at 6 AM in 50 mins. I ride a Coaster bike 5 miles in 30 mins.. I use to weigh 248 lbs.. I'm finding it hard to lose to 175.. I now weigh 184.. I am not on any diet.. I eat healthy though.. except at supper time.. I eat what my wife cooks & it is usually healthy.. I drink water & ice green tea that I make.. I do like to sip on a shot or 2 of a GOOD scotch in the evening.. No mixers....
