I started doing a Paleo diet shortly after Thanksgiving 2011 with a starting weight of 230 pounds. About a week ago I started eating a more balanced diet including grains and have started to lose again as I was stuck on 185 for a long time. I do still lean heavily on protein. I hope to reach my 165 by keeping up with my calories an adding exercise to the mix.
