I'm back at Day 1 which seems so annoying but I am determined that this is my final Day 1. Never again will I be back here! I have 10lbs to lose. That shouldn't be a big deal.
I'm proud that I ran today. My time is slowly getting faster. I was at 10:30 for a mile and now I'm at 9:49. I have one of the Nike sportbands. LOVE IT!
I wasn't going to run because DH slept in and it was getting later and later. The later it gets the more I want to say screw it.
I'm sitting here... and I'm very thirsty. so I need to be off to drink a lot more water.
