So, went to WW meeting this morning and then to the gym to do my walk. Very tired right now, so walked at 3.3 for 33 minutes, which was 1.75 miles. I really need to do 2.0 miles, but at least I got there. The meeting was good. Wendy is a great leader. I am going to read a bit about WW new core plan - cannot remember what they are calling it now. My weight is exactly where I was last time I went to a meeting - that was in DECEMBER!!! I cannot believe it had been that many months; it felt like a couple, not 7! What a waste of money. I am going to go, go, go! I need the reinforcement, I think. We will see....

I really want to go to the WW meeting tomorrow. I don't know why I resist it so, and I think it might help keep me motivated. So, I am going to get up, play with Sadie, then go to the meeting and then the gym for my walk. That's the plan - now it's recorded and if I don't go, I have to admit it!
