No Wine.... has helped me to lose the last 5 lbs . I'm on my way to reaching my goal. 140 lbs.
From April 10th 2012, until now, May 4th, 2013. Here is what has changed.


I have changed the following behaviors.
1) Develop a connection, and stop eating the second I'm not any longer hungry. (no matter what is on my plate, I'm done with the meal.) This has been the hardest thing to do.
1)a) In restaurants, ask someone to share a plate when ordering.
1)b) In restaurants, ask for no bread at the table. Move it to the other end of table.
1)c) Eat all meals at a table. (stop munching in front of TV.)
1)d) Become a water drinker. Take a break and drink water, order lunch and have water, so easy.

2) Eat only at mealtimes. Mindless snacking is not something I enjoy. Flossing is.
3) Keep active. Try to get outside & walk every day. Park the car and walk. (love my city life!!!!!!!)
4) Enjoy whole food only, F Fries are not a whole food. bread, rice and wraps, occasionally.
5) NO SUGAR. Be very careful about alcohol consumption, avoid situations where you will be tempted to overindulge, practice ordering a Perrier in a pretty wine glass.

6) Chinese take out & mexican restaurants, I tend to overeat, Be ever vigilant, limit opportunities.
7) Shop and have salad stuff on hand, sprinkles of blue cheese, goat cheese or feta, and nuts keep the salads
interesting. Use good olive oil for dressing.
8) Bake when you can get the sweets out of the house...have a plan to remove them.(send them home with guests, etc.)
