MUSHROOM SOUP - I made the Mushroom Soup II recipe last night. I left out the butter (you can't tell) and I added a little bok choy. It's yummy and I have enough for a meal/snack today if I get hungry at work. :)

Amazing fruit salad - I just made an amazing fruit salad for breakfast; melon, strawberries, oranges, blueberries and peaches. Yum! I'm just hoping it sticks with me and my tummy doesn't growl like a bear in church. Does anyone have tips on low points breakfasts?

Okay....I know when I pull out the Quick Weight Loss Diet I have reached a low point...or shall I say high point. I've tried Weight Watchers for the past couple of months and I keep gaining. I lost 5 and then I gained the 5 back and 3 more. Arrrrggghhhh!
I'm am disgusted with myself. And my doctor telling me that I weigh more than I ever have didn't motivate me in a positive way. It really brought me down. I know he meant well and was trying to shake some sense into me, but now I'm fat and mad at myself. Before I was just fat!
I'm going to do this though. I know I will feel better and that's the most important thing.
