Hi, my name is Katie and I am a 26 year old wife and mom of two. I have been scale obsessed since I can remember- always trying to loose those last 10 lbs. This year, I have decided to stay committed to working out at least 3x a week(working with a buddy has worked wonders in keeping me accountable!). Also, I am starting the ABS diet and my goal is to develop an eating plan that I can live with and still enjoy food as much as I do! My weaknesses are carb related, so that will be my biggest challenge! I would really like to start loving what I see in the mirror and stop obsessing about each lb. on the scale. I am excited not to be doing this alone and hope that we can all lean on eachother!
