You have to lose weight in your entire body. Weight loss isn't targeted, it will never work. I lost 25 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks by following a diet plan, that could help a lot since weight loss is 70% made from the kitchen. The diet plan I follow lasts for 3 weeks so by the end I'm hoping to have lost 30 pounds all together. The plan is:
