Hello,
Today is Monday January 4th 2010. This is a fresh start for the new year so that I can finally accomplish my new years resolution,and that is to lose all of the unwanted pounds. I wish that by the end of 2010 I lose about 55 pounds. I currently weigh 190 and want to go down to 135. I wish everyone else luck and hopefully we can all motivate each other to finally reach that goal we all desire. Once again, GOOD LUCK!
