I finally am feeling motivated! I start calorie counting today and I am aiming at consuming between 1200 and 1500 calories daily, and plan to burn around 2000 calories at the gym daily. I have engagement pictures on October 12th and my goal is to be down to 170 lbs. That is a 35 lb weight loss in almost 2 months exactly. I know I can do it. After I get my engagement pictures done I plan on losing another 40 lbs before my wedding day in October 2012. I think my goals are acquirable, I know I can do it!

I really fell back for the past couple weeks. But, I find out im going to Jamaica in february so that was a real kick in the butt for me. I'm ready to get motivated again. :)

I am actually surprised to see a loss this morning. I did good all day but my problem is nighttime. I get hungry at night and that is when I feel almost like I binge on food. I also did not work out yesterday. So I hope that if I would have worked out and not snacked last night that I would have seen a bigger loss.

I did good yesterday! BUT I JUST woke up today (12:30pm) which is bad. I should have been up 3 hours ago so I could get my metabolism going early and get my workout out of the way. I think I need an alarm clock!
