Life is good :)
Since giving up alcohol and switching to non-caffeine tea, I find coffee really buzzes me out. I was so wired last night at the shopping center. Poor hubby, I babble at full throttle, find everything amusing and nag him to keep up! Its strong stuff!
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their healthier lifestyle.

Mid year check in. Metinks I need to check in more often!
I would accuse this weight gain to living with my mother in law who is a feeder and daily tells my hubby and I that we are too skinny. But I know better, no excuses, its on my plate!

Sticking to my new years resolution and making the most of seasonal fruits. Given up tea/coffee and switched to rooibos and herbals. Finally stopped bleeding to death yay! 2 months was a little scary when one does not have the iron to spare. Looking forward to resolving that issue then I can try to build up some muscle.

New years resolution no crisps for the next 12 months. Going plant based was the best decision i made last january and its been the only new years resolution i have stuck with. I have no desire to eat meat nor any animal product so its a breeze now. This years resolution is a small silly one but its been a weakness of mine despite knowing how unhealthy that oil is. Last night i could smell the rancidity of the oil yuk.
Big plans this year. Sell the house and buy a japenese motorhome. Debt free year ahead.
