Gahh. Between stress and meds i got so far off track this past week and weekend. But today is a brand new day. 25 more days to get back on track and a year to be in the best shape of my life for my wedding. I can do this. I just have to stick to it.

So I know I only started this a few days ago, but Im making Sundays my weigh in day. Easier to keep track then lol. So far I am doing much better as far as eating habits go. Still trying to get used to the whole grains and all that fun stuff. Going through major sugar withdrawals, I lived off of chocolate before I started this. Need to start forcing myself to drink more water. And I need to make it a habit to go to the gym more. I can do this though!!!!

Getting married next spring. My goal is to feel great and look great. I have my dream wedding dress in mind as my inspiration. I know that losing weight will also help me mentally as well. I didnt know what i was getting myself into when my boyfriend joined the Navy. We knew it would be hard, but we didnt know what to expect. In a way, this is to also help keep me going and give me something to work on for me.
