Since starting the Bert's diet, it's been going well, cheated the first night, but other than that I have mostly stuck to it. I'm losing weight, which is good, but I'll probably need to start exercising more. Today is my fourth day on the diet. It consist of whole foods like nuts (not peanuts), protein (all meat and eggs) from safer or organic means, healthy dense veggies and or ones like from a salad, and healthy fat like extra virgin olive oil or organic butter. Three meals and two stacks is recommended daily.
