I have been moderately in shape since graduating college. I was an athlete my entire life and now that I don't have that high level of competition I'm looking for a physical challenge. I want to see what happens when I use my competitive mentality and apply it towards nutrition and working out. I don't want to become a meat head but I do want to look my best for my own self confidence.
