I am a 33 year old mom of 2 boys (7 and 5). I had done the atkins diet a year ago and lost 25lbs in a month and a half. Then I had an accident and was in and out of the hospital...needless to say I gained it all back and now weigh even more than when I started atkins last year. I am back and ready for this challenge. I have more motivation and determination this time. I want to be healthy and happy for myself and my boys. To all who are following the atkins diet good luck and lets help eachother get through!!!
