So, yesterday.Ha-haaaaaaaaaaa.
Well, I ate half of a 16" Dominio's Pepperoni and I had soda.
BUT, It was a beautiful first day of Fall; and, I did get off my butt.
I managed to fill 3 garbage cans full of brush, weed-whacked the backyard and cut the back grass. So, I'm sure I got in some cardio.
It wasn't a two mile walk; it worked for me.
So,Welcome to Fall ! ;)
Also, got a full 8 (sleep). : O
Now, how often does that happen.
No yogurt(but I had all that cheese), the OJ with the calcium. So, my bones are safe.
Between the OJ and the pizza sauce; I think I meet my fruit intake.
Plenty of carbs. That covers the starch. Vegs...............Hum!
Pepperoni the mystery meat................as a protein; it's a stretch.
Better to count the cheese as a protein.
Well, til tomorrow. OUT! ;)

So,crappy day yesterday,no walk. : (
I'll probably make up for it with a two mile walk or plus, today.
Suppose to be yukky in the morning. Then dry up in the afternoon????
Sunday, is suppose to be the better of the two days.
Comsuming, was fair.
Yogurts and OJ, then the usual tea, candy? don't remember(none in the house). Dinner was from Cafe'Salsa,they deliver now.............kind of bad; cause, the food is real tastey. :O
Pollo Negro, great blacken chicken with salsa verde, some refried beans, and rice. Some chips and salsa. Water to drink. No soda,maybe all week?? Hum, can't remember. One can in the fridge, I haven't touched. It's cooler; so, I've been drinking hot tea. Sometimes with Fructose(Fruit sugar), most times plain. Got uses to that along time ago. : )
Now we see where the day takes us. Peace out. ; )

So, Yesterday, I went for a breif walk.
.9 mils.
Not anything momentus; BUT ! I did get off my butt.
Nice walk, no sweat pouring down my face.
After logging in the morning yesterday. I raided the fridge and ate the cold dark meat left over "Famous Dave's Beer Can Chicken"and a rib.
: O
And, another bite-size Nestles. SHAME. : (
I did have some OJ and more yogurt(Yoplaits Coconut). Good Stuff.
For dinner last night, was some Roast Pork, a bread dumpling and some kraut. Oh yeah, and some bread(If anyone lives near Brookfield,IL;Tony's serves EXCELLENT Bread).
Blew the dried debris in the alley; still have to powerwash. Looks nasty(leave stains).YUK!
Have to put a hit on the grubs in the back lawn. Grass looks like Hell.:(
See how today rolls. OUT!

Oh my goodness, what a cow.
Haven't logged on since March; 6 months. : O
Well, with the mild winter(not much shoveling) and then the season from HELL; this summer.
I have managed to reach 175 lbs. DAH !
So, now that it's normal weather, it's back to walking again.
Did some walking this summer, in that 90 degree heat and alot of good it did.
I would walk almost 3 miles in one day and watch what I ate for the week and not lose anything. Sometimes gain. Soooooooooooo.
I stopped.
Would do, necessary walking and some grass-cutting(with the heat, even the grass stopped growing). : (
Being half Italian and over 50, probably doesn't help any.
Today, did eat alot.
Some yogurts, OJ, then went for some salad first and then some thin crust pizza. One mini bite Nestles. Think that was it???????
