Since last Saturday, I think, I still weigh the same?
I'll check tomorrow.
Just finished lunch.
Foods this week, tried to eat right.
Fiber up. : )
So, weight should be down?
Walks, great except for the one rainy day.
Over all this week-GOOD!

Did this earlier; didn't take, Apparently.
That seems more like it.
Will weigh again tommorrow; But, I can handle that number.

So, I weighted myself this morning,after just green tea. Before, the shower and it said 150.: 0
Now, I had some of Hubby noodles late last night. So!
I lbs., I think are off.
But, I said I would weight and post so I did.
Yesterday, did yardwork and wore myself out.
Swear I would have fell asleep at the kitchen table; if I didn't have to suppost myself in an erect postion.
So, I'll re-weight later in the week to see if it's accurate.
More yardwork to do.
The grass from last week is up. :)

And, I've been catching up with Family.
But, avoiding walking at least the 40mins. : )
