I've been on the Fat Smash Diet since February 8th and have currently lost 13 pounds. I am on Phase 2 and have about 4 days left until Phase 3. I have a long way to go to reach my goal weight of 140 pounds, but I know that I can do it. This time I am focused and dedicated to becoming healthier. This really is about a lifestyle change and I have needed it. My willpower is getting stronger and stronger and it is getting easier and easier to say no to foods I know aren't good for me.
My hardest challenge has been my cravings. I was so used to just letting them guide my food choices and I ate whatever I wanted. But now it's pretty easy to ignore them. I just think about what I want more: this yucky food that has no real value to me, or to lose more weight and be healthier?
I've also been exercising quite a bit. I joined a gym for women and I love it there. They are all so supportive. The fun classes they offer help a lot, too and keep me from getting bored.
I will most likely end up repeating through the Phases until I'm down to my last 30 pounds or so. I will then probably switch to the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. Either way I am in it for life and can't wait to reach my healthy weight goal!
