It took forever but I finally lost 5 pounds. I’m not doing so well at keeping the carbs down like I would like. Sugar not a problem. Rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, those are hard to work around. Can’t get blood sugar down so I know I need to work harder.

Ugh McDonalds. They have always lied. 100% beef was mostly soy bean. Now can’t even trust a salad.

My weight goes up and down like a yo yo but always between the same numbers. I wish one day it would go lower.
