I feel great this morning. My period finally has gone away, I've lost more weight. I have my creative form down, I just need to practice it more. And hey, the more I practice it the more calories I burn! It's looking hopeful for me to reach my short-term goal by the end of the month. I just really need to stick to my diet and not splurge on anything. I really hope I have enough will-power.

Finally happy to get a couple of pounds off of me! Had my period this week and it didn't matter how hard I tried I couldn't get below 190. Woke up this morning and was happy to find myself weighing less! Martial arts today all day long!!

I have struggled soooo hard with my weight over the past year. It's time to change all of that! Not only am I amping up my workouts, but I'm about to test for my red belt. I have officially finished writing my creative form and therefore have all of the tools to test. I just need to get this one kick down to perfection and I'm all set!

I've been dealing with a tad bit of stress due to my husband leaving for Korea and everything that's come with that. I'm back on track now and losing as much as possible, keeping to my diet, and exercising when I can!
